Today at school [I'm currently student teaching] I went to the zoo. We didn't go to the Phoenix Zoo, but the World Wildlife Zoo. It took almost an hour to get there--it's way out in Litchfield park, I mean who even goes out there? To be honest, it's a sad city the zoo aside.
My mentor teacher and I took 4 of the most rambunctious boys in the class so that none of the parents had to. They were actually pretty well behaved all things considered.
Even though I was a chapparone and my primary obligation was watching after 4 boys, I enjoyed it. I saw really cool animals up close, rode a cable car over the whole park, and got to feed a manta ray!

I didn't take this picture, but I did get to see a white tiger like this--it was probably his cousin or brother...All in all it was a good trip. I even used a Camelback for the first time. I was 100% hydrated all day long!
